  • Keep windows closed at night and use air-conditioning.
  • Don't hang sheets or clothing outdoors to dry, as pollen may collect on them.
  • Avoid lawn mowing and leaf raking if possible.
  • Keep car windows closed while driving.
  • Keep the number of houseplants to a minimum.
