Citric AcidUsesFor the preparation of acidulous drinks and effervesding draughts and preservation of jams and jellies. Dosage/Directions for use To prepare a lemonade beverage dissolve 1 teaspoonful (3 grams) of citric acid in 1 liter of water and add either lemons or essence of lemons. Adjust and sweeten to taste. Also may be used for strengthening the acidity of lemons in making lemon pies and preservation of jams and jellies.
PrecautionsDo not use if security seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
